Location: St Asaph
Salary: £27,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000+)

Jane Lewis is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our St Asaph team.

In this role you ll develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals. You ll take ownership of your geographical area, with commission rewarding the results you deliver.

What you ll be doing as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation
• Building relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers
• Managing the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placement
• Managing client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent service
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hour s service is covered in line with business needs.

What we re looking for:

• One to two years experience in healthcare recruitment or a target-driven, high-volume sales role
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new business
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• An organised, proactive and resilient approach
• Healthcare sector knowledge would be beneficial
• Neutral Vendor experience is desirable but not essential
