The RoleAs an HR Senior Advisor, you'll provide expert HR support across the UK business, partnering with managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. You'll work closely with regional and global HR colleagues to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

This is a broad and varied role encompassing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
- Support investigations, hearings, and resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation.
- Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee documentation.
- Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
- Drive learning, development, and employee engagement programmes.
- Produce HR reports and people metrics for key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience within a generalist HR environment, ideally at Advisor level or above.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and practical case management experience.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a corporate or multinational business.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms.
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
