About the Role:
The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving vehicle sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within a dealership setting. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience. The consultant must possess a deep understanding of automotive products, financing options, and market trends to effectively match customers with vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related retail environments.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communications and exceptional service.
