Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design and deliver impactful programs that grow leaders across our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will consult with plant and corporate leaders to assess capability needs, build learning paths, and facilitate engaging workshops focused on communication, coaching, safety, and change leadership. You will measure outcomes, refine programs, and align all efforts with Marvin's people-first, safety-focused culture. This role offers the chance to shape careers, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support continuous improvement in a stable, family-owned company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential talent in a manufacturing environment
  • Consult with plant and functional leaders to assess capability gaps and recommend learning solutions aligned to business goals
  • Develop curriculum, learning paths, and workshop content using adult learning principles and blended learning approaches
  • Coach leaders on core capabilities, including communication, feedback, change leadership, and performance management
  • Measure program effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback; adjust content and approach for continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Operations to support succession planning and talent pipelines
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and communication to participants
  • Ensure programs align with Marvin's people-first culture, safety standards, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Leverage technology and learning platforms to deliver scalable development solutions
  • Support onboarding and career development initiatives as needed across plants and corporate functions
