The Role

• Assume direct medical leadership responsibilities on our psychosomatic youth ward, with the long-term prospect of full specialist leadership.
• Provide structured support for clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Physician in the role of Lead Specialist, contributing significantly to ward development.
• Conduct targeted supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an assistant doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• A strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team comprising doctors, psychologists, nurses, educators, and specialist therapists.
• Experience or willingness to participate in on-call duties from home in collaboration with adult station senior physicians.
• A passion for working with young patients and a commitment to delivering excellent psychosomatic care.
