Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and help define requirements for new and existing software features.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using C++.
• Perform software implementation, testing, debugging, and validation activities.
• Support advanced packaging equipment demonstrations, qualification testing, and customer buyoff activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software architecture and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and test environments.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C++ programming.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies.
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with STL (Standard Template Library).
• Experience with COM/DCOM technologies.
• Experience with Boost libraries or equivalent template-based frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tcl/Tk.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience working with industrial automation or packaging equipment systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
