The Role

• Implement the local training concept and guide apprentices.
• Conduct 50% practical nursing duties and 50% instructional time.
• Ensure compliance with generalist training legal requirements.
• Promote high-quality, results-oriented training for future professionals.
• Provide expert training and guidance to other practice instructors within the facility.
• Maintain professional nursing responsibilities and manage cooperation agreements.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• Certification as a Practice Instructor (or willingness to complete during employment).
• Solid professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong empathy, sense of responsibility, and motivational capabilities.
