Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Saviynt IGA Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance the enterprise Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform following migration from a legacy IAM solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Saviynt EIC, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, cloud integrations, automation, and IAM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, support, and optimize the Saviynt EIC platform.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, roles, certifications, analytics, and governance policies.
  • Manage application onboarding and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and API integrations for automation.
  • Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and SQL.
  • Troubleshoot connectors, integrations, and identity synchronization issues.
  • Work with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure RBAC, AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, and LDAP.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve IAM processes.
  • Support platform enhancements, continuous improvements, and governance initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile delivery and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
  • 8–12+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Saviynt EIC administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Saviynt workflows, roles, certifications, analytics, and integrations.
  • Experience with application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and REST API integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with JSON, SCIM, SQL, and connector troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure RBAC, AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, and LDAP.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Saviynt migration or platform transition projects.
  • Knowledge of Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience working in enterprise IAM environments.
