Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator with MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow) experience to support and maintain enterprise data integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Informatica administration, Airflow workflow management, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud-based data operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Informatica IBMC environments across Development, QA, and Production.
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica services and integrations.
- Manage user access, security, and platform configurations.
- Support deployment and migration of Informatica objects across environments.
- Monitor and maintain MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow) pipelines and schedules.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize Airflow DAG performance.
- Work closely with data engineering and application teams to ensure reliable data pipelines.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance and implement best practices for stability and availability.
- Document administrative processes and provide production support.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on Informatica administration.
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IBMC) administration.
- Strong knowledge of MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow).
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git.
- Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Control-M or other enterprise scheduling tools.
- AWS or Informatica certifications are a plus.
