Job Description

Avanos Medical seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead digital solutions that accelerate growth across its global medtech portfolio. In this role, you will define and execute a technology roadmap that empowers sales, marketing, and commercial operations, focusing on CRM, analytics, and digital engagement platforms. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage vendors, and ensure secure, compliant systems that support patient-focused outcomes. The role includes leading a small team, championing data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in commercial technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the commercial technology and innovation roadmap for sales, marketing, and commercial operations
  • Lead implementation and optimization of CRM and digital engagement platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact technology initiatives
  • Oversee data integration, analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
