In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This requisition is for

Submitting your resume ensures consideration for these opportunities and keeps you informed about firm-sponsored events and networking with finance professionals and firm employees. Prepare and review balance sheets, income sheets, and financial forecasts.

  • Conduct analysis for budget forecasting, stress testing, and financial modeling.
  • Support business projects, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on financial processes, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in and familiarity with financial markets and products
  • Previous experience in audit, accounting, controllership, of FP&A
  • Experience with digital tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
  • Familiarity with key financial functions, including:
Product control, FP&A, Management Reporting
Balance Sheet and Revenue Analysis
Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation
Financial Products such as stocks, bonds, FX, equities, credit, commodities, IPOs, and global capital Markets
High School Diploma
Program Duration
: Return to Work programs will run for approximately 16 weeks from January 18, 2027 to May 7, 2027.
The two-year eligibility requirement will be calculated as of the January 2027 program start date.
Expected base pay rate during the 16-week Return to Work Program is $28.85 per hour (annualized at $60,000).

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $28.85 and $28.85 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
