Territory Sales Manager – Community Outreach & High-Income Potential
We're seeking a motivated
Territory Sales Manager
to expand our presence in small-town communities across
Pennsylvania
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact—without the hassle of overnight travel.
You'll work within a
two-hour radius of your home
, traveling throughout your assigned territory to meet with local business owners, funeral homes, community leaders, and other professionals.
Every evening, you'll return home and sleep in your own bed.

Each day, you'll represent Heritage Company by building relationships with local business leaders, presenting our unique community recognition program, securing sponsorships, and helping provide comfort to families during one of life's most difficult moments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders and community influencers.
Prospect and close new partnerships while re-engaging past participants.
Represent our mission at local events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and communication.
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand visibility.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in
sales, community relations, or field outreach
.
Proven “hunter” mentality with strong closing skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively (5 days/week, visiting 1–2 towns per week).
Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives.
Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Flexible Compensation Options:
Choose between
Base Salary of 60K with 15% Commission on New Sales
Earning Potential
$60,000 to $100,000+ annually for top performers.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in community relations, field outreach, sales
