Title: Sr. Manager, FP&A and Executive Reporting
Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite 1-2 days)
Duration 6-12 months/contract
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, and variance analysis.
- Experience in Oracle FP&A
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Strong communication
We are seeking an Sr. FP&A Manager to support the Executive team by developing financial views, analyzing business performance, and help translate financial data into actionable insights. This person should combine strong technical and analytical skills with the business judgment necessary to understand what is driving the numbers and clearly communicate why they matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting and monthly/quarterly financial analysis.
- Pull together P&L views and provide analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Build and maintain financial bridges to explain variances and changes in financial performance.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather, organize, and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Analyze trends, variances, and key financial metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other FP&A activities as needed.
- Help improve financial reporting processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Must have proven experience supporting senior leadership and C-Suite executives with financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, and variance analysis.
- Experience building or supporting financial bridges.
- Must have Hands-on experience with Power BI and financial data visualization.
- Experience in Oracle FP&A is highly desirable.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
- Must have a Bachelor Degree at minimum
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-Suite.
