Senior Product Designer

Fully on-site role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product & Design team.

You'll take ownership of the design of a key product area, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other teams to create simple, user-friendly digital experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design process from research and ideas through to final delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes and UI designs using Figma
• Carry out user research and usability testing
• Use customer feedback and data to improve products
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Help shape product roadmaps and new features
• Make sure designs are accessible and easy to use
• Contribute to and improve our design system
• Support and mentor other designers
• Explore how AI can be used to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
• Excellent UI and visual design skills
• Strong experience with Figma
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG
• Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team
• Comfortable using data and customer insight to make design decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring other designers
• A good understanding of how digital products are built
• An interest in AI and emerging technology
