Job Description

Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, to Just Dance and more. We believe diverse perspectives help both players and teams thrive. If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!

From January to May 2027, selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be mentored by volunteer Ubisoft developers, including from our mobile studios, who will provide feedback and guidance throughout the mentorship to help them develop their own personal project.

In the Programming track, you will develop and submit a game using either C++ or C# with a freely available development tool, such as Unity for mobile.

This program is designed to support early-career professionals from underrepresented genders – female and nonbinary – in the industry. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet and accept the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Apply with your resume, cover letter and, if available, a portfolio. Please also select your preferred track and location.

Application period: October 1st –  October 31st
