Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UAT Project Manager to lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a large-scale enterprise implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, UAT planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, and defect management. This role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, vendors, and the PMO to ensure successful testing and timely project delivery.

Note: Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions is preferred and may become a required qualification based on final project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the preparation of UAT test scenarios, ensuring alignment with project objectives, business requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate the creation, review, and refinement of test scripts and test cases.
• Partner with business users and UAT testers to confirm system access, complete onboarding, and manage testing schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, IT teams, and the PMO for all UAT-related activities.
• Lead daily and weekly UAT meetings to align stakeholders, resolve roadblocks, and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor the execution of test cases, track testing progress, and oversee defect identification, triage, and resolution.
• Maintain and optimize UAT schedules to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely completion.
• Review and manage the project''''s RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log, escalating critical issues to project leadership as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and recommend best practices for increased efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver regular UAT status reports, dashboards, and executive updates in partnership with the PMO.
• Ensure testing activities are completed according to project governance and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, test planning, test script development, defect lifecycle management, and testing best practices.
• Experience facilitating meetings, managing priorities, and driving issue resolution.
• Proficiency with project management and testing tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations is highly desirable and may become a required qualification.
• Experience working within PMO-governed enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
