Enterprise QA Program Manager

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Enterprise QA Program Manager for a full-time position. The Enterprise QA Program Manager will be responsible for building out our client's QA function from the ground up and be the primary contact for delivery teams.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years in a leadership role, with direct experience in QA transformation, technology delivery, or enterprise software testing programs.
• 5+ years of experience developing project plans and program structures from scratch, managing stakeholder engagement, conducting risk assessments, and mitigating issues before they impact timelines.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday-Thursday.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science,

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in the finance/investment industry
• Hands on experience or familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows desirable.
