Job Description
Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Enterprise Program Manager for a full-time position. The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for building out our client's QA function from the ground up and be the primary contact for delivery teams.

The expected base salary range for this role is: 180-230K per year
The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in a leadership role, with direct experience in managing budgets, building teams, and managing relationships.
- 5+ years of experience developing project plans and program structures from scratch, managing stakeholder engagement, conducting risk assessments, and mitigating issues before they impact timelines.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday-Thursday.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science,
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in the finance/investment industry
- Leading QA/Testing teams is highly desired.
- Hands on experience or familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows desirable.
