Engineering Manager
£80,000 - £90,000
Monday - Friday, 35 Hours
Near Workington, Cumbria. Commutable from: Whitehaven, Cockermouth, Aspatria, Penrith & Carlisle

Do you have experience managing production, maintenance and technical engineering teams? Are you looking for a new senior role within a global engineering group that can offer career progression, first class training and a role where you can make a real difference?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an engineering manager to join the team at their state of the art facility near Workington. The successful applicant will be a key difference maker within the site and business and will oversee all maintenance, production and continuous improvement across the facility. You will manage factory layouts, new machinery installation and production lines, you will be responsible for multiple teams and will have several direct reports under you including; maintenance and production managers.
