Job Description

Founded in 2021, Revalize empowers manufacturing businesses to better design, model, develop, and sell—powering greater outcomes across the entire manufacturing value chain. Revalize leads with an AI-forward mindset—using technology as a catalyst, not a compass. We value initiative and adaptability and seek professionals who embrace AI-driven innovation to drive business results in a rapidly evolving market.

We’re shaping the future of manufacturing technology with industry-leading CPQ, PLM, and design solutions that transform data into opportunity and accelerate the journey from idea to cash.

Revalize serves more than 16,000 global customers and is a portfolio company of TA Associates and Hg.

The CPQ Sales Leader is the executive owner of Revalize's CPQ solution line accountable for driving bookings growth across the flagship products, ConfigureOne and AutoQuotes, and historical CPQ brands on opportunistic basis globally.

The Sales Leader sets the long-term sales vision and go-to-market architecture for CPQ, partnering at the C-suite level to align product, marketing, and customer success around a unified growth strategy.  The Sales Leader thrives in high paced, PE backed company environment: building operating rigor while staying close to the market and the customer.
Success is defined by consistent bookings attainment, pipeline health, team development, and the ability to expand Revalize's CPQ market share and brand among key industry influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CPQ sales number — set annual and quarterly bookings targets and drive the team to consistent attainment across new logo, upsell, and cross-sell motions.
  • Lead and develop a team of people leaders and individual contributors building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and continuous development.
  • Design and execute the global CPQ go-to-market strategy, including territory design, segmentation, coverage model, sales playbooks, and compensation structure.
  • Partner with the Chief Sales Officer and executive team to contribute to corporate strategy, board reporting, and PE investor communications on CPQ segment performance.
  • Establish and grow executive-level relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic channel partners, serving as an executive sponsor on marquee deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align GTM strategy, refine messaging and packaging, and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered sales tools, CRM discipline, and data-driven decision-making to optimize pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and rep productivity.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics, market trends, and emerging buyer needs across the manufacturing technology sector to sharpen positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and business reviews to the CSO and executive leadership, ensuring full visibility into CPQ segment health.
  • Represent Revalize externally at industry events, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings to build brand presence and thought leadership in the CPQ market.

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, with at least 7 years in a VP or SVP sales leadership role managing multi-region teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and exceeding $15M+ annual revenue targets in a complex, solution-based sales environment.
  • Experience leading sales organizations through sales transformations based on product evolution.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent — including directors and  individual contributors — across geographies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience contributing to P&L ownership, annual planning, and executive-level reporting.
  • Executive presence and credibility to engage C-level customers, PE sponsors, and board members; ability to influence and build alignment at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent) and modern sales operating practices.
  • Experience driving adoption of AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce) to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and rep effectiveness.
  • Ability to operate across EMEA and North America, with comfort managing remote and distributed teams across time zones and cultures.

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct CPQ product experience — selling, implementing, or leading teams that sell Configure-Price-Quote solutions.
  • Deep domain knowledge in manufacturing technology, industrial software, or engineer-to-order (ETO) environments.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, multi-brand vertical SaaS company with an acquisition-led growth strategy.
  • Familiarity with adjacent enterprise software markets: PLM, ERP, or engineering design tools (CAD/CAM).
  • Active network and thought leadership presence in the manufacturing technology or CPQ ecosystem.
  • Track record of building and scaling partner and channel programs to extend geographic or vertical reach.
