The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members.
• Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to customers in need.
• Work independently, starting and ending your day at home.
• Contribute to keeping the nation's vehicles operational and members safe.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills for diverse roadside challenges.
