The Role

  • Engage with business owners and families within your assigned territory to introduce supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
  • Educate clients on how products fill gaps in traditional health coverage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices and achieve collective success.
  • Travel within your territory Monday through Thursday.

What You'll Need

  • A strong work ethic and desire to control your income.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow a proven system and embrace coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with travel for work purposes.
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
