Senior Accountant - REMOTE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support fixed assets and general ledger activities while working closely with the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close and prepare journal entries.

• Perform monthly account reconciliations.

• Maintain fixed asset records and support general ledger activities.

• Prepare audit schedules and assist with quarterly external audits.

• Support ad hoc reporting and special accounting projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in private industry.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

• Experience with fixed asset accounting and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Manufacturing industry and Oracle ERP experience preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
