The Role

• Use data science expertise and leadership skills to create real-world impact in diverse fields like fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and delve into data-rich environments to uncover critical insights.
• Guide teammates and lead the development of innovative algorithms and data systems.
• Apply a combination of tools and frameworks to convert disparate data points into objective advice for informed client decision-making.
• Drive the analysis and interpretation of data to provide deep understanding and strategic recommendations.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience with data science programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience building ETL pipelines, including API querying, data cleaning and conditioning, and schema creation.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods.
• Ability to design and develop automated analytical software, techniques, and algorithms.
• Experience generating data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data science, or 7+ years of experience in data science in lieu of a degree.
