Physical Therapist

Houlton, ME | Dover, ME | Brownville, ME
Four-Day Work Week

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team serving patients across Houlton, Dover, and Brownville, Maine. This position offers a four-day work week, providing excellent work–life balance while rotating between locations.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a patient-centered clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and establish individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
