Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient execution across primary and secondary ETF markets
  • Coordinate with Authorised Participants (APs), portfolio managers and operations on primary market workflows
  • Monitor intraday spreads, trading volumes and liquidity to sustain competitive market quality
  • Develop or enhance dashboards/tools for liquidity insight and market analysis
  • Provide clear, data‑driven ETF market colour to sales teams and clients
  • Support new ETF listings and improvements to existing products
  • Maintain strong relationships with market makers, brokers and wider ETF ecosystem partners
  • Produce liquidity and pre‑trade analysis to support distribution and client needs
  • Track market and competitor developments to inform platform strategy

Requirements

  • Previous experience in ETF capital markets or ETF trading/operations
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel and Morningstar; Python desirable
