Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes in Workday to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development teams.
  • Assist in the configuration of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system changes meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with Workday.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
