Job Description

We are looking for Business Continuity Program Manager - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Bellevue, WA

Job Title: Business Continuity Program Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $83.39hr - $88.39hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing software product BCMS programs required.
  • Experience with Hyperproof GRC, and Tableau or PowerBI reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Project Manager for the BCMS program covering cloud products.
  • Develop and lead activities related to business continuity plan creation, testing, validation, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, develop, document, and implement new business continuity processes.
  • Implement new processes for business continuity incident response and lead the change throughout the organization.
  • Work with product and engineering teams across the company assessing, documenting, and managing business continuity risk.
  • Provide clear success measures and operational plans, regularly reporting program status and KPI results to executive leadership in agreed-upon formats and cadence.
  • Highlight and escalate business continuity risks to sponsors as needed.
  • Proactively work to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Support product security and compliance initiatives and certification audits.
  • Communicate program status per determined format and cadence.
  • Work to resolve issues and mitigate program risks across the organization.
