The Role

• Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV), including air- and gas-insulated systems.
• Installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, electrical systems, and components such as connectors and insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of bolted and crimped connections, as well as pipe and cable installations.
• Reviewing and marking up technical drawings to reflect as-built conditions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Experience working with electrical systems is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments throughout southwest Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a proactive, motivated work approach.
