CIAM Product Owner

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team in supporting digital authentication projects. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring a smooth integration of identity and access management solutions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving authentication workflows and defining user journeys to enhance security and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the identity and access management platform.


• Analyze current authentication and authorization workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.


• Assist in mapping user journeys and defining use cases for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication across all channels.


• Work with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of requirements.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate issues to ensure timely resolution and escalation.


• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including providing training and documentation for business users and support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience as a business or product analyst, preferably with digital authentication or identity management projects.


• Strong understanding of concepts related to digital access and security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.


• Fundamental knowledge of identity provider platforms, multi-factor authentication policies, and adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies.


• Basic working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience working in agile project environments is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in research and data collection for technical projects.
