The Role • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, efficiently managing daily operations and leading the team. • Handle all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Control incoming goods, display products effectively, and monitor expiration dates. • Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods. • Perform cashier duties and support stockroom and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent experience. • A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A willingness to work diligently and proactively. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (at least B1 level) for effective communication.
