What you get to do in this role:

• Manage relationships with a variety of teams to ensure overall TA objectives are met
• Source/Screen/Present candidates to hiring managers
• Negotiate complex offers to close candidates
• Monitor team metrics that improve sourcing efficiencies and build Talent Community of engaged individuals
• Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with ServiceNow hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals, and bring in candidates accordingly

 

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 1+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting/account management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Ability to consult, influence and manage clients
• Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
• Strong communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between the business and the internal talent team

 

JV20

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $74,100 - $107,460, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
