The Role

• Review, revise, and edit documents to meet style guidelines and best practices for regulatory documents, manuals, and instructions.
• Standardize and format content provided by subject matter experts for clarity, flow, and readability.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to gather technical information and produce clear, well-organized written drafts.
• Prepare, edit, and revise various documentation, including reports, correspondence, and briefings.
• Ensure grammatical correctness and clarity through meticulous attention to detail and editorial techniques.
• Maintain an organized listing of technical documents, associated data, and revision schedules.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical writing.
• Proven ability to undergo and pass a Public Trust Security Investigation.
• Strong understanding of records management processes and procedures.
• Experience developing and maintaining filing systems for official records.
• Proficiency in developing standard operating procedures and ensuring document accessibility.
