The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize proprietary software for precise measurements and in-depth assessments.
• Perform property inspections (ladder or attic access) to identify needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, focusing on meeting homeowner requirements.
• Engage in daily team meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, typically starting between 1 PM and 7:30 PM.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with active auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
