The Role

• Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling home security and automation systems.
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and motivate sales team members.
• Oversee and manage daily team activities, including lead assignment and sales tracking.
• Spend approximately 70% of time in the field with the team and 30% in the office.
• Maintain personal sales requirements and provide support through ride-alongs and communication.
• Ensure team success by focusing on retention and performance.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Proficiency with technical devices such as laptops and tablets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories and use a reliable personal vehicle.
