Your Team

Our Strike Team works across departments to turn recurring operational problems into dependable systems. The immediate opportunity is on the frontline: helping housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and guest-experience teams simplify their work, adopt useful technology, and deliver a more consistent experience for guests.

Your Role

Turn the work that slows our teams down into systems that help them move. As Lead Forward Deployed Operator, you will work alongside department teams, find the real bottleneck, remove unnecessary steps, and build the workflows, automations, or internal tools that solve it.

This is a hands-on building role, not a position for assigning improvements to someone else. You will take projects from observation through launch, help people use what you build, and leave behind documentation and ownership that keep improvements working after you move to the next challenge.

Responsibilities

• Observe frontline work and identify delays, repeat errors, and unnecessary steps before choosing a technical solution.

• Build and improve AI-enabled workflows, automations, and internal tools across operational departments.

• Translate departmental needs into clear task flows, ownership, and exception paths.

• Test solutions with the people using them and adjust the design around real operating conditions.

• Prioritize deployment work by its effect on guest experience, team capacity, and cost.

• Measure the manual work eliminated, errors reduced, and operational results of each improvement.

• Write practical SOPs and runbooks, train users, and hand off systems that teams can operate independently.

• Share build patterns and coach other builders as the team develops.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years building operational systems, automations, or internal tools.

• A portfolio of systems you personally built and deployed for real users.

• Hands-on proficiency with at least two tools or platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Cursor, Python, or comparable low-code/no-code platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience building ClickUp Enterprise workflows and automations, or comparable enterprise work-management systems.

• Experience improving housekeeping, maintenance, spa, hospitality, or other frontline service operations.

• Experience building AI-agent workflows or integrations across multiple business systems.

• Experience taking projects from problem definition through user training and operational handoff.
