Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 8-14 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - First Attempt (must have) Qualifying Batch : (2011/2012 pass-out preferred)

A leading premium luxury retail brand is looking for an experienced "FP&A Lead" to drive strategic financial planning, business performance, and commercial decision-making across a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role for finance professionals who can combine strong analytical expertise with business partnering, stakeholder management, and team leadership to influence key strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting

• Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and commercial decisions

• Deliver business performance analysis, variance reporting, financial modeling, and actionable recommendations for growth and profitability

• Drive planning cycles, business reviews, and management reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely execution

• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, merchandising, retail, and corporate functions to support business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 14 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with first-attempt clearance preferred

• Strong experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations with exposure to business partnering and financial strategy

• Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance analysis skills

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and drive business outcomes through data-driven financial insights

Preferred Background

Professionals from Luxury Retail, Premium Consumer Brands, Luxury Goods, Lifestyle, Fashion, Non-Apparel Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Large Enterprise Organizations with strong FP&A leadership experience will be highly preferred.
