Senior Finance Executive

Circle of Crust is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Senior Finance Executive to manage the finance and accounting operations across our restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry and possess a strong understanding of restaurant finance, inventory controls, costing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, payment reconciliations, and POS settlements
• Conduct food cost analysis, recipe costing, and menu profitability analysis
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, wastage, and variance analysis across outlets
• Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports for management
• Analyze outlet-wise profitability and recommend cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Support payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processing
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization
• Establish and strengthen financial controls and SOPs across restaurant operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferre
• 4-7 years of relevant finance and accounting experienc
• Prior experience in a QSR, restaurant chain, café, cloud kitchen, or hospitality business is highly preferred

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of restaurant accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in food costing, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or other ERP/accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet business environment.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience managing finance for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Knowledge of POS integrations and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
• Exposure to franchise accounting will be an added advantage.
