The Role

  • Serve as a technical leader for system architecture, analysis, integration, and verification activities, supporting a diverse range of underwater vehicles and sensor systems.
  • Lead and support the development of technical documentation, authorization packages, and system safety analyses, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute system-level test strategies and plans, overseeing verification and validation efforts across multiple teams.
  • Provide oversight for Technical Data Packages, ensuring technical integrity, configuration control, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Perform and review reliability and safety analyses, including FMEA and FMECA, and manage mitigation strategies.
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering practices using Cameo to manage requirements, architecture, and traceability.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
  • 8+ years of experience with subsea maritime systems or other integrated electro-mechanical systems.
  • 8+ years of experience leading integrated teams.
  • Exposure to Department of Defense (DoD) technical program execution.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
  • Proven experience in hands-on technical execution and cross-functional leadership.
