CJA Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics consultant to help support multiple clients with analytics strategy, implementation, reporting, and data storytelling. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys turning complex measurement challenges into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, analytics engineers, and developers to design and support Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations
• Lead measurement strategy conversations and gather business requirements to shape analytics solutions
• Review and audit existing Adobe Analytics and CJA setups to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents, solution design references, and technical design documents
• Recommend best practices for tagging and data collection to improve tracking quality and reporting accuracy
• Configure Adobe Analytics report suites to align with tracking and measurement needs
• Set up and support multi-channel CJA implementations, including connections, data views, and identity resolution considerations
• Build dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace that communicate clear business insights
• Translate analysis into compelling narratives for executive and marketing stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them make informed analytics decisions
• Present findings and deliver hands-on training to clients and internal teams

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Background working in an agency environment supporting multiple clients
• Experience with implementation, reporting, and analysis in Adobe Analytics and CJA
• Ability to understand business goals and translate them into measurement strategy
• Experience documenting analytics requirements and technical specifications
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to uncover meaningful insights and present them in a concise, actionable way
• Collaborative approach when working with clients, developers, and internal partners

Preferred Skills

• 5 or more years of experience in an agency setting
• 5 or more years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Adobe Analytics certification
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification
• Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Platform solutions such as RT-CDP or AJO
• Active involvement in the analytics community through meetups, conferences, blogs, or open-source work
