We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and approach brands, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients that align with the agency's offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business objectives, and present tailored marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, commercial quotations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close new business deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
- Work closely with the Strategy, Creative, Social Media, Production, and Performance Marketing teams to develop winning pitches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Socio Street Advertising at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency, or media company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, production, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in preparing proposals, costing, and client presentations.
- Strong networking and lead generation capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
