Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze and support SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes, including work orders, scheduling, and master data.
2. Lead functional design discussions, gather requirements, document solution designs, and develop functional specifications for SAP solutions.
3. Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement activities, including testing, issue resolution, coordination, and functional validation.
4. Collaborate with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate decisions, communicate requirements, coordinate activities, and support successful solution delivery.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, including SAP PM/EAM implementation, work orders, scheduling, master data, and functional requirements analysis.
Technical Skills	SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Work Orders, Work Order Scheduling, EAM Master Data, Functional Specifications, SAP Implementation
Business / Domain Skills	Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Client Relationship Management, Project Coordination
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with multiple full-life-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
2. Experience in oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
