The Role • Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, and communication systems. • Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers for service contracts through lead follow-up and marketing strategies. • Develop and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with customers to understand their needs and showcase service offerings. • Achieve sales objectives by closing sufficient sales and maintaining an active proposal backlog. • Conduct building surveys to support estimate development and ensure customer requirements are met for long-term dedication. • Accurately submit all required sales reports, expenses, and competitive activity updates. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant work experience. • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling services, intangibles, or technical products. • Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, and closing deals. • Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment, guided by sales quotas. • Professional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential. • Proficiency with personal computers, including Windows operating systems, and a willingness to work collaboratively as a teammate.
