PKI System Administrator | Bladensburg, MD, United States | On-site | $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 A leading technology provider for the government is seeking a PKI System Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and security of complex IT systems within a multi-enclave environment. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer focus, and strong communication skills. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave network enterprise. • Manage PKI systems, including RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools. • Assist walk-up customers at the PKI main office and troubleshoot issues for remote customers. • Train remote site Trusted Agents on basic duties and ensure PKI servers are operational and maintained through patching, upgrades, and new technology implementation. • Interface with customers and stakeholders to address service inquiries, gather data, and develop solutions. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established IAM guidelines. What You'll Need • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies, RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards and soft certificates for authentication and digital signing. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer groups, including senior executives. • Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
