The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support for residents within a care home setting.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities tailored to the needs of residents.
• Assist residents with their daily living activities.

• Contribute to quality assurance measures and provide guidance to nursing support staff, trainees, and interns.
