Application(OpenText) Workflow SME (Subject Matter Expert (Master))

The Application Workflow SME provides expertise ECM / BPM products especially OpenText AppWorks and Content Server. The SME shall provide Government and other technical teams with analysis and recommendations to best utilize the EIM / BPM COTS products to best meet application workflow requirements. SME will also provide Government with analysis on how best to utilize COTS products based on current and future versions.

Qualifications as stated:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science; master’s degree desirable
• 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT and secure automated enterprise content management systems implementation
• CompTIA Security+
• 5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems & Business Process Management
• Highly recommend OpenText certification (Content Server or AppWorks)
• Highly recommend experience in implementing large-scale ECM products (OpenText Content Suite and / or AppWorks preferred)
