Program Manager Master QuickBase

About the Role

The agency seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency''s QuickBase''s rapid development and prototyping framework.
The development and modernization of its QuickBase application for various operations within DPW. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the District of Columbia government. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize QuickBase applications supporting DPW operations.

• Design, develop, and implement custom QuickBase applications.

• Build QuickBase dashboards, reports, and customizations.

• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical specifications.

• Support application development within a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.

• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and changing priorities in a cross-functional environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable application solutions.

• Implementation (transition) requirements are capabilities or behaviors required to transition from the enterprise''s current state to the desired future state.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

• Progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment Required 16 Years

• Managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle Required 16 Years

• Expert-level experience in datacenter\cloud\server design and development Required 5 Years

• Experience researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies Required 16 Years

• Experience solving business and technical problems independently, creating innovative solutions.

Expertise

• Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and development 

• Expert-level experience in documenting the business process and flow 

• Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company''s business goals. 

• Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solution that supports mobile and web 

• Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience 

• Experience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service) 

• Experience with large complex data sets 

• Communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory 

• Strong documentation skills
