You will work with engineers and operational partners to make sure hardware is received, tracked, moved, deployed, returned, and retired accurately. The role provides broad exposure to asset management, logistics, customs processes, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day hardware asset activities, including receiving, inventory tracking, deployment, intersite transfers, returns, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate records in asset, inventory, and material-tracking systems and help resolve differences between system records and physical inventory.
- Support inventory planning, reconciliations, cycle counts, and on-site spare holdings to maintain operational readiness.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international logistics, including shipping, receiving, staging, processing, and delivery confirmation.
- Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, Trade Compliance, and logistics providers to coordinate the timely movement of hardware.
- Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation in accordance with established U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, Incoterms, and company import and export processes.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, work instructions, inventory records, and audit documentation.
- Track inventory health, asset utilization, shipment status, and logistics performance using reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Investigate inventory, receiving, shipping, and chain-of-custody issues, document findings, and support corrective actions.
- Identify practical process improvements that increase record accuracy, traceability, and consistency while following applicable security and safety procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, follow defined processes, and manage several priorities.
- An analytical approach to reconciling data, investigating discrepancies, and identifying the cause of operational issues.
- Experience using spreadsheets to organize data, perform basic analysis, and prepare clear reports or metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems, logistics processes, customs requirements, and hardware lifecycle practices.
Desirable
