Digital Product Owner - Hybrid & User-Centric

AFCA is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the Membership Services & Customer Experience digital roadmap, shaping experiences for Australians engaging with AFCA's services.

You'll own and refine digital products and customer journeys, translating insights into priorities and guiding from discovery to delivery, with collaboration across CX, technology and operations. The role is initially a 9-12 month contract in Sydney or Melbourne.
