Systems Engineer | Linthicum Heights, MD, United States | Hybrid We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join a leading technology solutions provider supporting significant agency modernization initiatives. This role is crucial in transitioning from outdated systems and enhancing IT infrastructure through innovative solutions and process improvements. The Role • Review and analyze authorization services processes, procedures, practices, and technical solutions. • Coordinate with government representatives to identify requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads. • Provide recommendations to modernize authorization services policies, procedures, practices, and solutions. • Produce and maintain documentation in support of life-cycle hardware maintenance and related processes. • Draft technical solutions to enhance, modernize, and improve IT infrastructure services. • Evaluate applications for migration readiness, assessing requirements, capabilities, and languages. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 15+ years, or High School/GED with 20+ years of Systems Engineering experience. • Proven experience with the implementation of ServiceNow. • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts. • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM). • Experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. • US Citizenship required with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
