Compensation:
Pay Range: $90.00-$100.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Our client seeks a skilled consultant to manage contract and journey automation across multiple countries. 
• This remote contract role involves collaborating with HRIS and partner teams to implement and expand automation solutions globally. 
• Expertise in process configuration and integration technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize recruiting subprocesses, including offer and onboarding steps.
• Create dynamic documents for offer letters and employment contracts using real-time data.
• Set up approval chains and manage document visibility permissions.
• Maintain integrations with external signing platforms for candidate execution.
• Troubleshoot generation errors and ensure seamless data handoff.

Qualifications:
• 5 years of hands-on configuration experience in human capital management systems.
• Proficiency in onboarding, document generation, and business process frameworks.
• Familiarity with global compliance needs for contracts and digital signatures.
• Strong skills in translating HR policies into automated workflows.
